All praise be to Allah Ta’ala for all His grace and guidance that always bestows His grace and guidance, so that we still have the health and opportunity to carry out the duties and responsibilities as mandated to all of us and can provide brief information through the media website of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Internasional Batam (UIB). We sincerely hope that we can provide information to the general public about the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning of the Universitas Internasional Batam.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning is one of the Faculties of Engineering at the University in Riau Islands Province. Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning is one of the 5 faculties run by Universitas Internasional Batam. Currently, the Faculty of Engineering is 22 years old, since its establishment in 2000. Throughout the establishment of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, we have always developed ourselves in terms of facilities, resources, and works. We participate and always strive to channel knowledge in the fields of engineering, design, and regional development with an archipelago perspective. The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning UIB has 2 undergraduate programs, namely Civil Engineering and Architecture. Both programs have been accredited by BAN PT with the title “A” for Civil Engineering and “Good” for Architecture. This faculty has 25 lecturers and around 228 students who are actively studying. With these limited resources, we remain committed to maintaining quality and integrity to excel at the national and international levels.

The Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning is determined to implement the Three Pillars of Higher Education to nurture professional graduates in the fields of engineering, design, and regional development with an archipelago perspective. It is our vision to become a campus with international quality standards that nurtures graduates who are able to face the challenges of global changes in the world. Inevitably, achieving these goals requires the efforts and close cooperation of all academicians of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and Planning, Universitas Internasional Batam.
